Signature Global Sees Record Sales and Profit Growth in Q3 FY25!

In the third quarter alone (Q3 FY25), pre-sales reached ₹2,770 crore, a 120% increase from ₹1,260 crore in Q3 of the previous year. The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 862.14 crore in Q3 F25.

Additionally, Signature Global has reduced its net debt to ₹740 crore by Q3FY25, compared to ₹1,160 crore at the end of FY24.

Chairman and Whole-Time Director Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal attributed this robust performance to the market’s strong demand during the festive season. He emphasized the company’s steadfast commitment to providing thoughtfully designed projects that appeal to homebuyers.

“Our strategic presence in high-potential micro markets along the Dwarka Expressway, Sohna corridor and Southern Peripheral Road, supported by ongoing infrastructure development, positions us well to capitalize on the evolving market opportunities,” he said.
