However, the company\u2019s overall performance remains robust, with total income rising by 40% year-on-year to \u20b92,681.06 crore. Most notably, it recorded all-time high annual sales bookings of \u20b929,444 crore and collections of \u20b917,047 crores. The developer also delivered 18.4 million sq. ft. across five major cities, surpassing its own projections and setting ambitious new goals for FY26.<\/p><p><strong>DLF<\/strong>, on the other hand, posted a 61.5% increase in Q4 FY24 net profit at \u20b9919.8 crore, with operational revenue growing 46.6% to \u20b92,135 crore. The company\u2019s annual sales bookings stood at \u20b914,778 crore. Looking ahead, DLF is planning to launch over 11 million sq. ft. of new projects in FY25, with an estimated sales potential of \u20b936,000 crore.<\/p><p>These numbers reflect continued demand for premium housing from both end-users and investors.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bagmane_Group_Investing_in_Strategic_Land_Buys\"><\/span>Bagmane Group: Investing in Strategic Land Buys<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2><p><strong>Bagmane Group<\/strong>, widely known for its commercial office developments, is aggressively <a href=\"1.%09https:\/economictimes.com\/industry\/services\/property-\/-cstruction\/bagmane-buys-railway-land-in-delhi-for-rs-1530-crore\/articleshow\/120878964.cms\">expanding<\/a> its presence through key land acquisitions\u2014signalling growing investor confidence in the Indian real estate market.<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Delhi<\/strong>: Bagmane acquired a 30.6-acre railway land parcel in Sector 21, Dwarka for \u20b91,530 crore. The lease deal, made through the Rail Land Development Authority, is aimed at a mixed-use project comprising 55% residential and 45% commercial components. Its proximity to the upcoming railway passenger terminal adds strategic value to the project.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Chennai<\/strong>: Earlier this year, Bagmane purchased Cognizant\u2019s former India headquarters on Old Mahabalipuram Road (OMR) for \u20b9612 crore. The 13.6-acre property will be redeveloped into a 3 million sq. ft. office park, marking the company\u2019s formal entry into Chennai\u2019s commercial real estate market.<\/li><\/ul><p>These acquisitions align with Bagmane\u2019s strategy to diversify its geographic portfolio and prepare for a potential Real Estate Investment Trust (<a href=\"https:\/\/savemax.in\/blogs\/are-reits-the-right-option-for-you\/\">REIT<\/a>) listing.<\/p><p>The developer currently manages over 18 million sq. ft. in operational assets and has a development pipeline of 10\u201315 million sq. ft. (approx. 5.5 acres) of land in Mira Bhayandar, Mumbai, for \u20b9291.6 crore. The site will be used for a 1 million sq. ft. residential development, helping the group strengthen its position in Mumbai\u2019s competitive housing market.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Bengaluru<\/strong>: In a major Bengaluru land deal, Prestige purchased 17.45 acres in Whitefield for \u20b9462 crore. The land is adjacent to its new Prestige Raintree Park project and will host a 2.68 million sq. ft. residential development, further consolidating the group\u2019s leadership in Bengaluru\u2019s premium housing segment.<\/li><\/ul><p>Prestige now holds a land bank of 888 acres across India, with 679 acres fully owned.
